Hi, I’m Tim. I grew up in the Sutherland Shire and still proudly call it home. For the past 17 years, I have worked in Emergency Services and continue to serve in this field today.
Through my firsthand experience, I’ve seen the very real consequences of overweight vehicles and poorly balanced trailer setups. These experiences have driven my strong passion for road safety and helping others travel safely and confidently.
My goal is to ensure you’re properly prepared for your next trip, giving you peace of mind that your vehicle and caravan setup is safe and compliant. I provide a friendly, non-judgemental service and clearly explain your weighing results through an easy-to-understand report, so you know exactly what your weight data means.

Axle Load Pads
Our weighing equipment has been supplied by Newcastle Weighing Services, a trusted industry provider with over 50 years of experience.
Each weigh pad connects wirelessly to a state-of-the-art computer system that accurately records and processes all weight data. Each axle pad has a maximum capacity of 2,000 kg and is accurate to within 1 kg, allowing us to safely weigh vehicles with a total weight of up to 8,000 kg.
To maintain the highest level of accuracy and reliability, our equipment is professionally recalibrated every 12 months, ensuring precise results every time your vehicle is weighed.
Tow Ball Scale
Our tow ball scale has a capacity of 600 kg and is accurate to within 1 kg, ensuring precise and reliable measurements.'
As the angle of your trailer when hitched to the vehicle has a significant impact on tow ball weight and braking performance (particularly for dual-axle trailers), we measure the trailer’s angle while connected to your vehicle. The scale’s height adjuster is then used to replicate this angle, allowing us to obtain an accurate tow ball weight reading.

Our report gives you a complete and accurate breakdown of how your setup is performing on the road. It’s more than just a number on a scale — it provides critical insights into your total weight, individual axle loads, tow ball weight, and weight distribution across your vehicle and caravan.
